We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to be responsible for providing solutions for technical issues which may affect solution delivery. They will facilitate requirements analyses, conduct peer reviews, provide feedback, enhance frameworks as well as acting as a strong individual contributor in their area of remit.
What we require is an individual with strong knowledge of best practices, good organisational skills, and strong proficiency in Java technologies.
responsibilities :
As a Test Lead, responsible for managing virtual teams of Testing Specialists and Test Analysts to ensure that IT system changes meet business requirements. Collaborates with PMO, Business Analysts, and Developers across projects of varying complexity to guide testing efforts and deliver high-quality solutions. Oversees planning, execution, and closure of testing activities, promotes timely automation, and ensures proper documentation and defect tracking.
requirements-expected :
10+ years of total experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance
Knowledge of test management tools like Quality Center or Jira
Experience in testing team coordination
Experience in IT or/and Financial Institution
Fluent spoken and written English
A strong team player – highly collaborative recognizing their specialized role in the department and acknowledging other areas/individuals roles and responsibilities
Good relationship management skills to satisfy a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
Good knowledge of the Agile and Waterfall development methodology
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain complex issues
Pragmatic decision making skills, with the ability to make clear judgments based on a range of factors, e.g. risk, customer experience and people to determine the implications and make recommendations as needed
Proven expertise in data validation, ETL/ELT testing, and data migration QA
