Your responsibilities :
- Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to effectively validate web application features, functionality, and user interfaces.
- Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing software defects, bugs, and issues using bug tracking systems and working closely with the development team to ensure their resolution.
- Documenting and communicating test results, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders, including management, project teams, and clients.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our web-based products and services.
- Providing step-by-step instructions and guidance to clients for utilizing our web applications effectively.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as developers and product managers, to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions and technical issues using a ticketing system.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
Our requirements:
- Experience in a support or technical support role, preferably in a software or web-based product environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web hosting platforms (Sitecore recommended).
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages; knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to web applications.
- Open, creative, well-organized, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
