We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:

Test Engineering

Responsibilities:

  1. Assures delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project of user requirements through to live.
  2. Works within Medium sized and medium complexity Technology projects - these may span across multiple business units and/or geographies.
  3. Leads Agile engineering teams using DevOps practices such as test automation, continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  4. Has expertise in Agile engineering practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) as well as Disciplined Agile and SAFE framework experience.
  5. Provides expertise in at least 1 technical capability/competency, such as core banking, micro services, Finance, Payments etc.
  6. Supports the Engineering team by creating Test strategy, Test plan, Test cases and executing and assisting in all test phases of the project.
  7. Supports Production issues and functional queries on priority basis.
  8. Helps to define and track metrics and Performance Indicators for the product.
  9. Guides the Agile Team performance and outcome metrics as required.
  10. Drives measurable continuous improvement into all delivery environments across all disciplines.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with Scaled Agile.
  2. Experience with Test strategy, Test plan and Test cases design and execution.
  3. Test automation principles.

Recruitment process: two online meetings with hiring managers, followed by an initial phone screening with our recruiter.

Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw.
