Job Title: Senior/Regular QA Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Senior/Regular QA Engineers to join our team and help us drive our testing processes to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own, drive, and improve the testing process within a development team following Agile methodology.
• Design, create, run, and maintain manual and/or automated functional and non-functional tests in a technology-agnostic approach.
• Share knowledge and expertise both inside and outside the team.
• Mentor less experienced team members.

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience for senior position or 2+ years for regular position in multi-tier web-based applications.
• Experience in testing within Agile development at scale, with previous work experience in multi-team environments, and close collaboration with developers, project managers, and clients.
• Hands-on experience in test automation and integration with CI/CD.
• Understanding of BDD and mobile testing.

Preferred Qualifications (at least one of the following):

• Hands-on experience or a good understanding of performance, security, and usability testing.
• Experience with accessibility testing (WCAG).
• Experience with complex backend applications and enterprise system architecture.

• Ability to visit our Warsaw office as needed.
