responsibilities :
Lead detailed test planning, allocation, and monitoring of project-related work within the team.
Understand and implement project scope within defined timelines.
Guide and support the team throughout project execution.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes and quality standards.
Coordinate with test managers and onsite coordinators for issue resolution.
Conduct test design walkthroughs and reviews.
Maintain a test traceability matrix (linking test procedures to requirements).
Prepare and execute hands-on testing activities.
Ensure test environments and test data are correctly set up and available.
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation plans.
Keep all test project documentation complete and up to date.
Provide regular status and test metrics reporting.
Manage defect tracking and resolution.
Coordinate change management and defect prevention activities.
Implement test process improvements based on lessons learned.
requirements-expected :
Over 6 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year as a team leader.
Strong understanding of software development and testing lifecycles.
Proven ability to plan tasks and manage teams effectively.
Familiarity with test program concerns, including test data management, trouble reporting, test design, and development.
Understanding of application business areas and requirements, especially in banking.
Functional expertise in the Banking sector and experience in the Payments domain.
Knowledge of relevant technology domains.
Proficiency with software testing tools, including test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., QC, JIRA).
Flexible approach to working with people and situations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
