responsibilities :

• Developing and maintaining software for production test equipment,
• Introducing new products to serial production in the area of testing,
• Maintaining databases that support testing processes,
• Defining and overseeing production processes standards,
• Specifying tester requirements for external suppliers,
• Analyzing and optimizing test processes to improve efficiency,
• Configuring and managing the test environment,
• Preparing and overseeing technical documentation,
• Participating in cross-functional projects.

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position,
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred: Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related),
• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: LabView, C/C++, Python,
• Experience in creating test sequences,
• Good knowledge of electrical schematics, electronics, and electronic components,
• English language proficiency at B2 level,
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools,
• Basic knowledge of the most common industrial communication protocols: DeviceNet, Ethernet, Modbus, CAN, and others.
• Openness, initiative, positive attitude, and willingness to develop,
• Analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Valid driving license (category B).
