responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsible for developing, documenting, and executing manual and automated test cases, test plans, and test scripts for functional, regression, performance, and system testing.
Responsible for creating and maintaining test documentation, including test case specifications, test results, and testing reports.
Collaborating with the team to develop test strategies rooted in collected requirements.
Execute comprehensive exploratory testing activities to identify potential risks and validate user scenarios.
Identify, document, and manage defects, working closely with your team to ensure timely resolution and quality product delivery.
As part of an Agile Team, you will work on user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation artifacts to support Agile development practices.
Continuously identify areas for process improvement, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance overall product quality and team flow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Coordinate with product designers to ensure user flow.
requirements-expected :
Have proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Test Developer, ideally in a hybrid role.
Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Audiology or related field.
Are fluent in English, enabling you to work effectively in multinational teams.
Possess good technical and non-technical communication skills.
Possess analytical skills and an agile mindset.
