• For our client operating in the financial / debt collection sector, we are looking for an experienced Test Coordinator with business analysis experience. This role is key in a large-scale digital transformation program involving the replacement of multiple core systems and execution of complex end-to-end (E2E) business process testing.
• Join us if you want to develop your expertise in large transformation projects, work closely with business and IT stakeholders, and take ownership of E2E testing coordination in a complex system landscape.

• Create complete E2E test documentation and test scenarios
• Coordinate E2E testing activities with business and IT teams
• Prepare training materials and onboard business testers
• Organize and facilitate E2E test sessions, meetings, and triage calls
• Track, analyze, prioritize, and manage defects and test-related changes

• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating E2E or UAT testing in large, multi-system environments
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to understand and map end-to-end processes
• Experience working with both IT and business stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple parallel testing streams in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of English
• Fluent Polish required
