Our IT Project & Test Management team, with members based in Denmark and Poland, takes pride in delivering successful projects and top-quality products through effective planning, execution, and testing. We operate on a global scale, supporting Coloplast’s most essential IT projects. About the job

This role is ideal for a candidate eager to take a leadership position on a key product. You will be responsible for the software product’s test automation, including designing and building the test strategy and frameworks, and transitioning testing from manual to automated where feasible. You will have a unique opportunity to spearhead the transformation of automated testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop automated testing strategies and implement them in industry standard frameworks.
  2. Identify opportunities for test automation and outline potential roadmap scenarios.
  3. Design and execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects.
  4. Act as the SME for the test automation product.
  5. Analyze test results to ensure regression tests are successful, identify defects in the software, report issues, and verify defects have been fixed.
  6. Create reporting mechanisms to effectively communicate status and risks.
  7. Serve as a liaison to testing and software development teams and communicate status and directives.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Requirements:

  • Several years of proven IT program and project test management experience from a large international organization.
  • Proficiency in Automated Testing – Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing successful frameworks and automated test scripts.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree combined with practical experience, preferably from the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Can manage complex tests with multiple vendors and significant costs.
  • Have experience working with both the traditional waterfall approach, agile development methodologies, and project governance methods.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices and/or computerized systems validation.
  • Very good English verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Available for travelling up to 15 days per year.
