You will join a focused Full-stack team operating within the Scrum framework, responsible for critical platform areas including Ad Quality, Traffic Quality, and Contextual Targeting. This is an impactful role where you will directly contribute to test architecture and product quality on a large-scale, high-volume platform.
2+ years of professional experience in test automation.
Proficiency in JavaScript with the ability to debug, modify, and maintain an automation framework codebase.
Openness to work with other languages like Python.
Experience in applying test design techniques.
Familiarity with operating in an Agile environment.
Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Spinnaker.
Excellent troubleshooting skills to triage and resolve complex issues.
Communicative proficiency in both Polish and English is required.
Experience with cloud technologies: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes (k8s), and Docker.
Prior experience in UI/UX testing and API testing.
Familiarity with the Cypress or Robot Framework.
Knowledge of advertising technologies and the broader AdTech ecosystem.

Automation Framework Ownership: Create, maintain, and significantly improve automation test suites and frameworks, primarily using JavaScript.
Scale and Performance: Test large-scale data processing systems and analyze/improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of applications.
Full Development Cycle: Be actively involved in all phases of product development—from requirements analysis to validation and deployment.
CI/CD Integration: Monitor and maintain QA CI pipelines and collaborate on Continuous Deployment (CD) enablement.
Quality Leadership: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of complex issues to provide solutions that enhance coverage and maintainability.
Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with other SDETs, contribute to the QA Guild, and effectively communicate with both project teams and the wider QA organization.
