For our Client from banking industry we are looking for Test Automation Engineer
RDPD-NE team is responsible for GDPR Retention and Deletion process implementation.
Client: banking industry
Hourly Rate: up to 115 PLN + VAT
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Work arrangement: hybrid, twice per week in the office, full-time

responsibilities :

Work in a Scrum team with other testers, developers and business analysts
Proactive communication with other team members and other teams
Follow Master Test Plan and Test Process in a daily work and seek for improvements
Requirement and user stories analysis, refinement, and estimation
Test authoring, test review, test maintenance, test execution, defect reporting and handling
Improving test automation coverage and test organization
Support UAT and PreProd/Prod testing phases
Test data preparation for manual and automated testing
Implement and execute test automations scripts (Python, Robot Framework, Selenium)
Manual / automated testing 50/50% split

requirements-expected :

Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with developers, analysts, POs and SMs, and other teams
Confidence to question inefficient solutions and processes, proposes smarter solutions
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
4+ years of experience in testing area or software development
3+ years of development experience with Python
3+ years of experience with test automation frameworks Robot Framework, Selenium/SeleniumLibrary
3+ years of experience with locating UI web elements by XPath syntax
Understanding of POM pattern
Experience with BDD testing
Experience with integration testing like: API, Kafka, UC4, etc.
Development tools: PyCharm or equivalent
GIT
Jenkins CI/CD
ISTQB knowledge, regularly use all test levels and test techniques
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and qTest or equivalent tools
Experience working in agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
