As an Automation Framework Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing testing efficiency and productivity. You will leverage your technical expertise to ensure compliance with testing standards, optimize processes, and contribute to the success of our engineering teams.
This is a hybrid role that requires working from the Wrocław office two days per week.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Design, build, and maintain an automation framework for product testing.
- Manage, monitor, and continuously improve testing infrastructure to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Develop custom tools and integrate them with existing systems to streamline engineering workflows.
- Define the automation book of work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with test strategies, standards, templates, and test plans.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Key Skills and Experience
Must-Have
- Proficiency in Python for programming and scripting.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, or JUnit.
- Practical knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD).
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix and Bash scripting.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture principles.
Nice-To-Have
- Familiarity with Robot Framework.
- Knowledge of networking or telecommunications concepts.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
