Experience in testing framework building and maintenance.
Expertise in understanding of the entire SDLC.
Good programming practices and design patterns (SOLID, KISS, OOP etc.).
Experience in code review.
Experience with tool integration and adopting to new solutions and technologies (POC, show case).
