Overview

Tranistion Technologies PSC is a team of over 700 experts in digital transformation, operating in six Polish cities and four foreign branches (USA, Taiwan, Denmark, Germany). As a Global System Integrator, it collaborates with international partners (PTC, Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, AWS, Azure, Synopsys, RealWare) to create and implement IT solutions that revolutionize how products are designed, manufactured, managed and maintained. It serves clients worldwide in sectors including energy, pharmaceutical, medical devices, automotive, FMCG, communications and high technology.

Responsibilities

• Assuming professional responsibility for the quality of the product
• Planning and designing detailed test scenarios
• Involvement in the entire development life cycle
• Reviewing new designs, challenging them to detect potential quality concerns and proposing ways to address them
• Leading/Supporting processes aimed to preserve and enhance the quality of our product
• Analyzing and challenging existing testing coverage (manual and automatic tests)
• Implementing the automated tests suite for the project
• Assisting the team in defining acceptance criteria and Definition of Done (DoD)

Requirements

• Experience in test design and execution for complex systems (min 5 years)
• Experience with automated testing using RSpec and Cucumber in a Ruby on Rails environment
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Go
• Hands-on experience with test framework architecture and implementation
• The wide perspective of complex product solutions
• Understanding of QA methodologies
• Experience working in an Agile development process
• Passion for quality and for envisioning customers’ experience of the product
• Self-learning capabilities, with good technical skills and high attention to detail
• Being a team player, eager to collaborate closely with developers, product owners and other QA professionals
• Very good command of English and Polish (min. C1)
• Willingness to occasionally participate in on-call duties is required
