Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
- Monitor and analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution
- Work closely with business analysts and the QA team to improve testing processes and methodologies
- Create and update test documentation (plans, cases, reports)
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless testing across environments
Requirements
- Technical university degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in test automation, or 5+ years in manual testing with some automation exposure
- Proven commercial experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress
- Hands‑on experience testing data exchange between systems (REST APIs, file-based exchange, SOAP, RabbitMQ)
- Solid knowledge of databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bitbucket Bamboo)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Practical knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray, TestRail)
Nice to Have
- Previous professional experience in the banking or financial sector
- Basic understanding of Docker
- Strong teamwork and communication skills – ability to collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Analytical mindset – ability to identify issues, draw conclusions, and present findings clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail – accuracy and thoroughness in testing and result analysis
