We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join one of our Banking Clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively within a Scrum team, working closely with developers, testers and business analysts
- Analyse requirements and user stories, refine them and provide effort estimates
- Prepare test data for both manual and automated testing scenarios
- Author, review, maintain and execute test cases; log, track and manage defects
- Implement and run automated test scripts using Python, Robot Framework and Selenium
- Ensure a balanced approach to testing with roughly equal focus on manual and automated tests
- Follow the Master Test Plan and established Test Processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Expand and maintain test automation coverage while organising testing activities efficiently
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Pre‑Production/Production testing phases
- Communicate proactively with team members and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in software testing or development, including 3+ years in Python
- Experience in test automation (Robot Framework, Selenium)
- Strong skills in locating UI elements (XPath) and POM pattern knowledge
- Experience with BDD and integration testing (API, Kafka, UC4, etc.)
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience in Agile teams (Scrum/SAFe)
- Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, qTest or similar tools
- ISTQB knowledge and experience applying different testing levels and techniques
