• We’re looking for an experienced Test Automation Architect / Test Automation Manager to join a high-impact international project delivered for a major European public-sector organization.
• The project supports large-scale digital platforms used across multiple European countries. The ecosystem is based on Angular-driven web applications operating in a regulated and enterprise environment, requiring mature E2E automation, quality governance, and strong integration with CI/CD pipelines.
• You will be responsible for designing and governing the end-to-end test automation strategy, ensuring reliability, maintainability, and scalability of automation frameworks across multiple teams and applications.

• Design and implement E2E test automation strategy for web applications
• Lead and govern test automation frameworks based on Cypress and Cucumber
• Ensure proper integration of automation with CI/CD pipelines
• Define and manage test data strategy and environments
• Establish automation reporting standards, dashboards and quality metrics
• Drive quality governance across teams and applications
• Mentor development and QA teams in automation best practices
• Build and promote strong quality culture across the program
• Ensure alignment between automation strategy and enterprise architecture

• Minimum 3 years of documented experience in designing, implementing and governing E2E test automation for web applications
• Deep hands-on expertise in Cypress and Cucumber for Angular-based UI, mandatory requirement
• Proven experience in:
• integration of automation with CI/CD pipelines
• test data management
• automation reporting, dashboards and quality metrics
• Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong mentoring skills and experience building quality culture across dev and QA teams
• Fluent English, minimum B2, spoken and written
