You are a member of a team working for a client in the German finance or insurance industry.
You will advise our customers on the strategic (re-)alignment and conception of their software testing.
Based on established models for test process improvement such as TPI NEXT, you will analyze existing testing processes and identify improvement approaches.
You evaluate test tools regarding requirements and support the conception of the use of selected tools.
In the role of a test architect, you will be able to manage the implementation of developed concepts in practice.
You will contribute your experience and know-how to the coaching of our customers test teams.
You meet with your team once a month in the office in Katowice to plan your work and discuss progress.

Very good communication skills in English and German (at least B2 level for both).
Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or similar.
You can provide certificates (ISTQB or other) as proof of your knowledge of test methodology.
You have extensive experience in testing and test management in classic and agile software development projects and have in-depth knowledge of models for evaluating and improving test processes such as TPI NEXT.
You have a good overview of the test and test automation tools available on the market and have sound knowledge of the design of end-to-end tool chains.
Strong analytical skills, a structured approach and a high level of quality awareness are the basis of your work.
