Your mission as a Test and Cutover Manager
As Test and Cutover Manager, you will lead the testing and cutover strategy for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems and safeguarding business continuity. Your work will directly impact operational readiness and the success of our ERP transformation.
What else you will be doing as a Test and Cutover Manager?
In this interim role, you will be the driving force behind all testing and cutover activities within the MastERPiece project. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and workstream leads to design, coordinate, and execute test phases and go‑live plans. Your expertise will ensure that all systems, data, and processes are validated and ready for deployment. You will also play a key role in project governance, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
