As a Test Analyst in the STP Tribe, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of STP systems through comprehensive testing practices. You will work across multiple squads to validate both functional and non-functional requirements, leveraging manual and automated testing techniques. This role requires strong domain knowledge, technical proficiency, and collaboration within Agile delivery teams.
responsibilities :
Participate in feature refinement sessions to ensure testability of requirements.
Define test strategies and prepare detailed test plans for features and epics.
Design and execute test cases covering functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing.
Conduct performance, scalability, and reliability testing using the STP Test Framework.
Utilize tools such as ReadyAPI, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins for test automation and execution.
Manage and triage defects using Azure DevOps, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting.
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Delivery Owners to ensure delivery readiness.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and actively participate in the STP Testing Community of Practice.

Software Testing Expertise: Strong experience in manual and automated testing, preferably within financial services.
Test Design & Execution: Proficiency in designing test cases for functional, integration, regression, and non-functional testing.
Agile Testing Practices: Hands-on experience in Agile environments, including participation in sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming.
Test Automation Tools: Proficiency with ReadyAPI, Azure DevOps, and Jenkins.
Defect Management: Skilled in defect tracking and triage using Azure DevOps.
STP Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with STP-related technologies such as MQ, SWIFT messaging, ISO 15022/20022, and middleware validation.
