Your Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the further development of the test concepts
• Regular analysis of existing test processes and optimization of them
• Regular coordination and communication of processes or changes to all test involved parties
• Responsible for test plan creation, test execution and documentation as well as the verification of their compliance
• Regular coordination with all relevant departments
• Development of solution approaches regarding the test processes (manual, automation, integration)
• Definition of suitable KPIs and monitoring solutions

Your Qualifications

• Very good experience in manual and automated testing in Salesforce environment (Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud)
• Very good knowledge of JIRA, X-Ray, Atlassian Confluence, Tricentis TOSCA Testsuite
• Experience with different test approaches for development (TDD, BDD, ATDD)
• Good knowledge in the area of test automation (Risk-Based/Test-Coverage-Based automation)
• At least 3 years of experience with Tricentis TOSCA
• ISTQB Test Manager
• ISTQB Certified Tester - Advanced Level
• TOSCA Automation Engineer - Level 2
• Very good knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD)
• High quality and process competence
• Familiar with the handling and application of international testing standards (e.g. ISO 29119)
• Communication and leadership skills
• Business fluent German and English skills
