Job Description:
Defines the product test strategy based on customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis (PCA, DFMEA, R&D analysis).
Supports the project team for compatibility matrix & risk analysis, contributing to the product family validation standard owner from the project acquisition phase.
Documents the Design Validation plan, including environmental validation test plan and functional validation test plan with the product architect, based on the defined test strategy.
Plans & quotes all necessary actions to run the DV/PV, including number of parts, subcomponents, headcount, test bench costs (characterization, reliability), and potential external test costs.
Ensures that validation conditions & planning feasibility are within project commitments.
Coordinates all product integrations and validation activities (regulations, functional, system, mechanics, electrics, vehicle tests).
Reports issues at the first level of analysis and assesses project validation risks.
