Valeo Wiper Systems Plant in Skawina specializes in the design, manufacturing, painting, and assembly of wiper blades, arms, and mechanisms. Additionally, the production of motors for wipers has begun. The plants main activity is supported by a modern research and development center which is currently employing about staff members.

Currently for Valeo Wiper Systems in Skawina , we recruit a Test & Validation Design Leader .
Responsibilities:
- Defines the product test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards specifications and risk analysis.
- Supports the project team for CM, STR & risk analysis from the project acquisition phase.
- Documents Design Validation plan for Arm, Blade, Linkage, and Motor based on defined test strategy.
- Plans & quotes at CAA all necessary actions to run the DV such as: number of parts, jigs, subcomponents, headcount, test bench costs, and potential external test costs.
- Secures that validation conditions & planning feasibility are within project commitments.
- Coordinates validation activities regardless of the laboratory involved (Site, PG, Group).
- Reports issues and progress through DV&R plan and STR update.
- Reports project validation risks to the R&D PTM and laboratory manager in DV phase.
Qualifications:
- An engineers or masters degree in electronics/automatics/mechatronics or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar positions. Software validation experience will be an asset.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- A strong communicator, passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer.
- Highly supportive and flexible mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability for creative thinking.
