As a Test & Learn Specialist, you’ll be a key player in shaping how we understand and engage with our customers across the EEU region. Your role will be all about turning data into action—helping teams make smarter decisions, optimize campaigns, and deliver more relevant experiences to our customers.
responsibilities :
Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests across various media channels—email, push notifications, rewards, on-site experiences, and more. You’ll collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to test hypotheses and uncover what truly drives customer engagement and sales.
Support regional teams using tools like Adobe and SAS to identify the most relevant customer segments for each campaign. You’ll validate segment size and quality to ensure were reaching the right audience with the right message.
Analyze results and generate insights after each test. You’ll present your findings clearly and confidently, offering actionable recommendations that influence both short-term tactics and long-term strategies.
Leverage CRM segment structures to identify opportunities for more personalized and effective communication.
Act as a regional ambassador for experimentation, building and promoting a test-and-learn mindset across teams. You’ll train and upskill colleagues on how to design tests, interpret results, and apply insights to improve performance.
Use advanced analytics tools like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Attribution Models to evaluate media effectiveness and guide investment decisions.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) with testing, experimentation, customer analytics or related roles.
Experience working in SAS, SQL, or other programming is a prerequisite for this role
Experience working in PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization tool is highly meriting
Hands-on experience in designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.
A commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Passionate about customer-centricity and continuous improvement.
Strong communicators who can present complex insights in a clear and engaging way.
