Key responsibilities:

• Evaluating Digital Content: Testing websites, applications, and software to identify any accessibility barriers.
• Compliance with Standards: Ensure that digital content complies with accessibility standards like the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Integrate Accessibility Testing into CI/CD Pipeline: Ensure that accessibility testing is an integral part of the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. This includes automating accessibility checks and incorporating manual testing where necessary.
• Reporting Issues: Document and report accessibility problems, providing detailed information about the nature and location of the issues.
• Documentation: Preparing VPAT reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to fix accessibility issues and ensure that new content meets accessibility standards.
• Staying Updated: Keep up to date with the latest advancements in technology and updates in accessibility legislation.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in manual testing, including accessibility standards with Lighthouse or Axe.
• Familiarity with Axe Accessibility Testing Tool.
• Knowledge of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) developed by W3C.
• Ability to set up and configure environments (Linux/BASH).
• Fluent in Polish and English (B2/C1).

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in writing automated tests using Robot Framework.
• Basic knowledge of security testing principles.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Kanban methodologies.
