This role will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and developing partners within an assigned territory, driving business development and sales for one of the leading money transfer companies with strong growth potential. You will focus on expanding our partner network, increasing transactions, and driving revenue growth while closely monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
A key part of the role includes acquiring new partners, supporting them through the activation process, and ensuring their continued performance. You will also manage the onboarding and engagement of referral partners who act as brand ambassadors across both traditional and digital channels. Building strong, long‑lasting relationships with partners and presenting RIA Money Transfer as a valuable business opportunity will be essential to your success.
Partner Acquisition and Development: You will identify, approach, and acquire new partners, to offer our services at their locations. You will also manage the onboarding process for new partners, including referral partners who act as brand ambassadors across traditional and digital channels, ensuring smooth activation and compliance.
Portfolio Management and Growth: You will maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners, providing ongoing support, training, and marketing materials. Your role includes setting targets, developing locations, and implementing strategies to increase transactions and revenue growth.
Sales Performance and Market Expansion: You will monitor performance metrics such as transaction volumes and revenue, ensuring achievement of regional sales targets. You will plan and execute initiatives like Sales Blitz and Orange Days, participate in marketing events, and collaborate with internal teams to drive omnichannel adoption and meet KPIs.
Communication and Reporting: You will prepare regular sales reports, provide timely updates to the Country Manager, and share market feedback to inform regional strategy. Active participation in team meetings and close cooperation with departments such as operations, compliance, marketing, and credit will be essential.
Market Analysis and Competitive Insights: You will observe market trends, analyze competitor activities, and derive actionable insights to optimize sales strategies and strengthen competitive positioning in your territory.
