Territory Manager Wound Closure & BioSurgery

Location: Wroclaw, Dolnoslaskie, Poland

Join our team at Johnson & Johnson MedTech and Ethicon to deliver surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals worldwide. This role focuses on improving patient outcomes in obesity, cardiovascular disease, and cancer through innovative wound closure and biosurgery solutions.

Responsibilities & Impact

• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, nurses, and operating theater management.
• Collaborate closely with all J&J internal resources to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Take full ownership of the territory and assigned accounts and meet defined targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Actively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs to identify insights that improve results and accelerate conversions.
• Facilitate congresses, user meetings, and events that enhance understanding of our offer.
• Manage contracting, pricing, and tendering processes in the assigned accounts.
• Develop communication and influential skills to become a high‑impact presenter; seek feedback on these skills.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of medical device products, competitive products, and a deep understanding of the J&J offering in the customer environment.
• Challenge the status quo by innovating and finding new ways to change how we do things.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• 3 years of successful experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical promotion.
• Knowledge of English.
• Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Flexible, eager to learn, highly motivated, hands‑on, and stress‑resistant.
• Ability to build positive relationships.
• Strong passion to improve patients’ lives and drive execution.
