The Role
The Territory Account Executive is a key growth position focused on expanding Pure’s footprint, reigniting dormant customer relationships, and capturing new business through direct engagement and partner collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Account Growth & Pipeline: Execute sales activities to generate revenue, manage a high‑volume pipeline, and contribute to closing deals on a quarterly basis.
- Execute Outreach & Prospecting: Perform high‑activity prospecting to penetrate new accounts and reach decision makers.
- Support Partner Strategy: Collaborate closely with Channel Partners and Partner Managers to align on customer engagement and leverage partner resources.
- Reactivate Customer Relationships: Re‑engage dormant or inactive customers by discovering new use cases and expansion opportunities.
- Build Foundational Skills: Develop and deliver proposals and business cases that demonstrate Pure’s value to internal experts and customers.
- Maintain Sales Discipline: Manage Salesforce accurately, forecast reliably, and stay organized in a fast‑paced team environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Sales Experience: Successful direct, full‑lifecycle B2B tech sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Polish and English.
- Sales Drive & Motivation: Strong self‑motivation, time management, and a desire to learn quickly in both transactional and early‑stage strategic sales motions.
- Collaborative Mindset: Experience working with internal teams and channel partners to achieve seamless customer engagement.
- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, G Suite, and data‑driven tools for daily activities.
- Communication & Presence: Strong verbal and written skills suitable for engaging business leaders.
- Resilience & Focus: Positive attitude, organizational and time‑management skills to handle a dynamic, high‑activity territory.
Nice to Have
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in storage or data solutions.
- Channel Sales Expertise: Understanding of channel‑led sales motions and partner ecosystems.
- Sales Training: Completion of B2B sales methodology training (e.g., Business Value Selling).
- Digital Tools: Experience with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
