Mission

As part of the lead buying team dedicated to industrial products, you will lead tendering processes, category management and contract implementation within your geographical perimeter.

Responsibilities

  • Timely participate in strategy definition with the Category Manager, and implement it for large and mid‑size tenders across sites.
  • Lead large and mid‑size call for tenders.
  • Analyze results and run negotiations with suppliers to achieve the best possible results for the company.
  • Ensure established contracts are executed in compliance with defined buying channels and contractual terms.
  • Follow up on TCO initiatives and scope optimisations with users.
  • Manage supplier ecosystem efficiently and monitor market developments.
  • Ensure ESG criteria are included and considered for selection, homologation, and performance follow‑up of contractors.
  • Ensure applicable purchasing tools/systems are used and the Global Purchasing Policy is implemented.
  • Manage risks by transversal analysis, including supplier risk profiles.
  • Uphold health, safety and ethical standards at all times.

Your profile

  • Driven and accountable for your area of responsibility, with a high level of autonomy.
  • Strong influencing and change‑management skills, supported by an open mindset.
  • Aware of the environment with an innovative mindset.
  • Technical expertise in purchasing processes and negotiation.
  • Fluent in French and English, supporting excellent communication skills.

Your education

  • Engineering or business administration degree.

Your experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing.

Your mobility

  • Mobile on industrial sites for up to 15% of the time.
