TEMPORARY CONTRACT - MARKETING MANAGER, POLAND
We’re looking for a talented Marketing Manager for Caudalie Poland (replacement during maternity leave).
You will play a key role to drive the marketing strategy and execution of multiple distribution channels: wholesale (Douglas, pharmacies…); e-retail, caudalie.com.
You will be responsible for developing the brand awareness, ensuring the brand positioning, and developing the business by collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Elaborate marketing, media & promotional campaign plans for the Polish market and ensure their perfect execution;
- Coordinate local adaptation and execution of global marketing operations;
- Adapt and translate content of global sales & communication tools (POSM, training, caudalie.com, social media);
- Outline & execute media campaigns (online & offline) directly with media partners and with the Head of Media Europe;
- Secure local implementation of 360° activations: merchandising, media, in-store & digital animation, education, sampling, incentives, e‑commerce & partnerships as per calendar;
- Help to set accurate forecasts, monitor and communicate after‑launch results to improve short and long‑term forecast accuracy;
- Manage and implement the assigned marketing budget.
Create a strong alliance with the sales team to ensure that they have the marketing tools needed to successfully push sales.
- Organize marketing presentations for key accounts & retailers, commercial cycles and seminars;
- Create in‑store animations and elevate in‑store events and experience (consumer events, boutique events, trade shows, …);
- Collect and compile market trends and share best practices;
- Gather sell‑out data for market feedback;
- Spend at least 3 days per month with the sales team in the field to assess the situation and gather insights.
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional experience in similar positions.
- Experience in the cosmetics industry is mandatory; a good experience in trade marketing, media and digital is required.
- Knows how beauty businesses work; knows the competition, affinity with the beauty category in a selective/retail/pharmacy environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Passionate and talented profile with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Organized and multitasking abilities in a complex environment.
- Polish & English is mandatory, French is an advantage.
- Creative and dynamic mindset, with a strong attention to details.
- Educated to a degree level.
