,[Primary Responsibility is to Support Telecoms incidents globally and provide expertise in resolution., Have good working knowledge of Telecoms infrastructure and associated components. , Working as part of a global NOC team., Monitor our infrastructure. Raising vendor tickets and facilitate the recovery without impacting service., Work with Incident managers and other teams & provide required inputs regarding Data Centre incidents., Work within global diverse team of engineers and vendors to provide support on a “follow the Sun” basis. Willing to work shifts and weekends., Recovery of IT systems and support services in accordance with agreed business/IT service levels in conjunction with technical support teams and in line with incident management processes. , Drive down infrastructure service outages and repeat failures., Ensure global standards are set and adhered to., Work with Service Providers, ensuring they meet their contractual commitments and work with them on Continuous Improvement.
