Monitoring and optimizing the operation of network devices and connections
Incident reporting and response to network infrastructure and security incidents
Optimizing the costs of building and maintaining IT networks
Creating network infrastructure documentation
IP address ranges’ administration
Maintaining contracts related to services and network devices
Assisting with basic Network problem solving solutions within the Global Payments Network
Assisting with assigned basic Network project and issue resolution tasks
Assisting in the execution of basic design plans/scripts
Assisting in reviewing timely updates to project managers and customers on the status of implementations and requests
Assisting with the production of basic reports on network performance, trouble-shooting results, and routine maintenance of network elements

2 years of enterprise networking experience and/or a Bachelors Degree
Appropriate advanced industry network certifications are preferred

Dynamic Routing - Assists in configuring industry standard dynamic routing protocols including but not limited to BGP and OSPF.
WAN Optimization and QoS - WAN optimization and QoS on global MPLS network carrying voice and data.
Load Balancing - Basic knowledge of Global DNS load balancing and local application load balancing.
Knowledge of network technologies Ethernet, TCP/IP, X25, PSTN, GSM/GPRS, MPLS.
Knowledge of the network devices from Cisco, F5, Juniper, Checkpoint.
Knowledge of issues related to local and wide area network administration.
Knowledge of issues related to the security of telecommunication networks.
English (both spoken and written) at least B2 level, Polish (both spoken and written) at least C1 level
Ability and willingness to work hybrid at least 2 days per week (our office is located in Warsaw)
Ability to travel to our data centers (mostly Warsaw agglomeration)
Willingness to participate in on-call duties
