Your new company

For our Client, a globally operating technology company based in Tricity, we are currently looking for a Telco Solution Architect (OSS/BSS).

Your new role

• Design and develop solution architectures for telecom environments (OSS/BSS, network systems, integrations) from concept to implementation and optimization
• Analyze complex environments and select optimal technology solutions for operator systems and networks
• Lead system and infrastructure migrations, including OSS/BSS transformations, network modernizations, vendor swaps, and access technology changes
• Design and develop integrations and automation of end-to-end processes (order, activation, billing)
• Solve complex architectural challenges across multi-domain environments (access / IP / OSS)
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on the design and implementation of solutions
• Contribute to defining architectural concepts and support technical workshops with clients

What youll need to succeed

• Have approx. 7+ years of experience in IT, focusing on system architecture, integrations, and solution design
• Are experienced in designing end-to-end solutions in complex system environments
• Have worked on transformation projects (e.g., migrations, integrations, modernization initiatives)
• Have a strong understanding of scalable and high-availability architectures and modern integration patterns (APIs, event-driven architecture)
• Have experience with cloud or container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound architectural decisions
• Hold a technical university degree (telecommunications, computer science, or a related field)
• Have English language skills at B2+/C1 level, enabling effective communication in an international environment
• Hold a valid Category B driving license

Nice to have

• Experience in telecom projects (OSS/BSS, network systems)
• Understanding of network technologies or operator environments
• Experience in large-scale, distributed transformations or migrations
