responsibilities :
Backlog management - defining, prioritizing, and clarifying requirements and taking care of the product roadmap
Collaborating with stakeholders - gathering business requirements (creating epics, features and other artifacts), analyzing them and translating them into specific technical tasks
Coordinating the development teams work - working closely with Salesforce developers, testers and architects, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the solutions delivered.
Process optimization - analyzing and streamlining existing processes to make them more efficient
Mentoring and team development - supporting less experienced TPOs, leading teams across different time zones and organizations
Risk management and problem escalation - identifying risks, proposing solutions, and responding quickly to change
requirements-expected :
About 5 years of experience as Product Owner/Technical Product Owner (or related role)
Possession of the PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification
Experience in the telecommunications industry - knowledge of Telco processes
Knowledge of Salesforce - in particular Service, Sales, and Communication Cloud
Proof of requirements gathering and analysis skills through IIBA (ECBA, CBAP, CCBA) or IREB (CPRE-FL) certification
Knowledge of tools: JIRA, Confluence, Miro
Ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and achieve results through collaboration
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proactivity and the ability to make decisions quickly
