• Build/Manage/Maintain tech standards for the offshore submittal team
• Process technical-related Non-conformity reports
• Work with the technology department on automations
• Resolve basic IT problems
• Software, Hardware, Backups, Email, Microsoft licenses monitoring & management
• Tekla Structures support

• Leadership mindset with a practical and hands-on approach to troubleshooting and growing the team
• Strong managerial and organizational skills
• Strong background in onboarding, training and mentoring
• Experience with basic hardware/software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with network monitoring, data backup systems, and remote collaboration tools
• Ability to develop, document, and enforce technical standards across teams
• Experience in identifying and implementing time-saving workflows and scripts
• Very good written and verbal English communication skills
