This role is part of the Digital & Technology department of HEINEKEN International and specifically part of the D&T Finance organisation. D&T is proud to bring cutting‑edge innovation, strong technology and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN. The Technology Specialist SAC – BI Consultant is part of the Finance BI team and delivers potentially releasable increments of the product at the end of each sprint.
Your Responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership to SAP Analytics Cloud developers (nearshore and offshore) to assure technical quality and overall standards are met.
- Managing technical implementation, performance improvements and optimizations of SAP Analytics Cloud Analytic Applications based on BW4HANA live data models.
- Collaborating closely with the SAP BW development team to ensure that data models and BEx queries are built for SAC consumption and needs (including self‑service).
- Resolving and managing SAC related incidents for live reports.
- Managing SAC upgrade/patch activities, including system preparations and regression tests.
- Taking care of SAC platform housekeeping activities.
- Monitoring performance for live reports.
- Handling access related issues in production and day‑to‑day support for OPCO users.
Candidate Profile
- Experience providing technical leadership for SAP Analytics Cloud developers.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud implementation and optimization.
- Familiarity with SAP BW, BEx, and data model design for SAC.
- Ability to resolve SAC incidents, manage upgrades and maintain platform health.
- Experience monitoring performance and supporting production users.
- Collaborative mindset with SAP Analytics product development and BI architects.
- Ownership of SAP Analytics Cloud tenants, including custom configuration and security.
- Experience delivering training to super users.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
