responsibilities :
proactively communicating and collaborating with external/internal business stakeholders to produce the functional requirements for new OutSystems applications
translating the functional requirements for the new OutSystems applications into the technical design and providing adequate documentation
designing, coding and testing the application built using OutSystems
developing applications based on Minimal Viable Product (MVP) approach, including all aspects of development from incorporating UX, implementing UI, security and testing
continuous improving of the digital enablement platform by innovation and introducing new features and functionalities to the platform
integrating applications with other global solutions and the HEINEKEN data lake
implementing production grade code and acting as the subject matter expert for OutSystems code implementation across the company
helping federated by advising on solution approach, conducting code reviews and helping the remote teams with their own development work
enabling self-service as much as possible for federated teams
setting up and continuously improving OutSystems development standards and shared library codebase
supporting and coaching junior and federated team developers
participating in all the team agile ceremonies: daily scrum meeting, sprint planning, refinement and retrospective.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor/Masters degree, preferably in technical field
OutSystems Certifications with experience of Reactive Web application and Mobile
proven track record in software development (minimum of 10+ years), with at least 4 years of experience with OutSystems.
working experience in building 3 layer canvas based experience in leading technical projects in OutSystems Guarantee project quality in design-time by enforcing development best practices
hands-on experience and proficiency with modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and mobile app development
experience with web services (SOAP & REST)
experience with data modelling and database design
experience of working in an Agile environment (scrum) with rapid release cycles
excellent presentation and analysing skills
excellent written and verbal English.
