Visit our website: Heineken (heineken-dt.pl) responsibilities : system administration: Administer and manage the Open Text Document Management system, including configuration, updates, and performance tuning providing technical support: Provide expert support for Open Text Document Management users, addressing issues, resolving problems, and offering solutions implementing solutions: Oversee the deployment and integration of Open Text Document Management solutions within the organization customizing and optimizing: Customize and optimize Open Text Document Management features to meet specific business requirements and improve user experience ensuring security and compliance: Ensure that the document management system complies with industry standards and regulations, including data protection and security training and documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
