Responsibilities
- Owning the definition and maintenance of the LAN Connectivity technologies product roadmap (covering DDI – Infoblox, Network Monitoring – SolarWinds, and Network Access & Authentication – Cisco ISE) and ensuring alignment with HEINEKEN’s business and IT strategies.
- Supporting 24/7 operations and continuous development of secure, reliable, and high‑performing LAN connectivity services with the help of HEINEKEN’s global connectivity partners.
- Managing the LAN Connectivity product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, prioritizing features and initiatives to maximize business value and operational efficiency.
- Supporting financial governance for LAN Connectivity platforms, including budget management, cost optimisation, and charge‑out processes across HEINEKEN operating companies (OpCos).
- Managing and engaging internal stakeholders across Functional domains (Commerce, Supply Chain, Finance), D&T regional hubs, Global Information Security, Business Application teams, and key external partners (e.g., Orange Business, Secomea).
- Evaluating, standardising, and preparing technology roadmaps for LAN Connectivity solutions in collaboration with D&T Hubs to ensure global consistency, scalability, and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in IT.
- Experience in a complex international environment (countries/regions).
- Strong and demonstrated leadership.
- Experience with connectivity platforms in a multinational environment.
- Business analyst skills, minimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst.
- Proven experience working in global teams (combining internal employees and external partners), creating a trusted, business‑focused mindset, and developing secure design strategies for related services.
- Proven experience in identifying, selecting, and implementing relevant new technologies and influencing the business with a formal global financial business case for its related services.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to connect with internal and external audiences, including senior management.
- Sense of urgency to enable & support OpCos and its Operations with the related services.
- Preferably PSPO certified.
