Join HEINEKEN Global Shared Services as a Technology Specialist - Business Analyst.
The Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is an integral division of HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Center, committed to making Heineken the most connected brewery through digitalization and integration of processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Product Team, and Stakeholders to gather, analyze, prioritize, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into units of work, defining and owning the value definition of stories and translating stakeholder’s business needs into deliverable units of work.
- Facilitate multi-directional communication and collaboration, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across stakeholders and product teams.
- Conduct refinement meetings with the Dev team and explain business requirements.
- Maintain consistency and quality of the overall solution.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance processes.
- Keep up with industry trends and architecture best practices, evaluating their applicability and adhering to HEINEKEN standards and best practices.
- Identify process and technology improvements opportunities with direct business impact.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Seek and implement best practices, develop skills within teams, and be an active member of the BA community within the organization.
- Demonstrate respect and adaptability to the uniqueness of others while working in a multicultural environment.
Requirements
You are a good match if you have:
- At least 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- A university degree in economics, management, computer science, or data analytics.
- Experience defining requirements and deploying Commerce IT solutions across multiple markets in the e-commerce area.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Experience with Agile Scrum way of working.
- Proven ability to manage and thrive in complex, multi-threaded projects requiring high coordination and adaptability.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
Knowledge and Skills
You should have:
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodology.
- Good knowledge of Commerce business processes and functionalities in the Commerce area.
- Good knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps for managing backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning.
- Good understanding of Confluence for managing documentation and collaboration.
- Strong proactivity and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and analytical skills.
