responsibilities :
ensuring consistency of the overall solution
working with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyze, document and communicating program and platform/application requirements
supporting the Product Owner with facilitate the gathering, definition and prioritization of requirements with key stakeholders
supporting Product Owner to define and own the value definition of Stories
supporting the Product Owner to translates clients business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents and use cases
completing the user stories with Acceptance Criteria
supporting the Product Owner to breakdown, decomposing and describing business needs into Stories
working ahead of team to elicit requirements for the next Sprints Stories
providing discipline, rigor and technical skills to the requirements definition and validation process
supporting the Product Owner to engage stakeholders to ensure the Product Team is receiving necessary inputs
managing the quality of the solution and technical debt. Assist in testing and quality assurance processes
maintaining awareness of emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices and evaluate them for applicability
ensuring the overall HEINEKEN standards and best practices are adhered by (i.e. Quality, Compliance)
ensuring that the key competencies and expertise needed to develop, build, deploy and support the Product are embedded in the team
supporting the Product Owner in translating product needs and requirements into deliverable units of work—Epics/Features/Stories.
working with the Product Team and partners to ensure end-product meets business requirements
forging relationships globally to enhance solution maturity, both technically and business-wise
tackling business architecture, ensuring seamless data flows for enhanced journeys, and identify opportunities for process and technology improvements that have direct business impact
planning governance and planning for solution and capability maturity, continually assessing people, processes, and technology - the operating model for sustained excellence
zooming out and view the solution as part of the wider D&T architecture to plan ahead in terms of business and data architecture
requirements-expected :
at least 3-5 years of relevant (global) experience in a similar position
experience defining requirements and deploying Commerce IT solutions across multiple markets.
good knowledge of Commerce business processes and functionalities in Commerce area (e.g., e-commerce B2B/B2C, sales order management, pricing & promotions, customer loyalty management, marketing automation, sales force automations, customer service, revenue management, ERP/SAP SD, etc.)
good knowledge of market leader technology solutions in Commerce area (see previous point for examples)
understanding of the software development life cycle
good understanding of system integration and deployment processes
good knowledge of MySQL or another database and querying language
familiarity with at least one major (data) cloud platform, e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.
excellent facilitation, presentation, and analysing skills
good skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling
experience in working with Business Intelligence tools would be a plus
experience of working in a deadline driven environment with rapid release cycles.
