We are looking for a Technology Reporting Analyst with a proven experience and a passion for turning complex telecommunications data into actionable insights.
This role combines deep analytical skills with hands-on technical execution and requires experience in deploying scalable machine learning solutions in real-world environments.
responsibilities :
Monitor and track Technology area Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Technology units, and management to identify, define, and refine relevant KPIs.
Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
Proactively recommend improvements in KPI reporting processes and technologies.
Ensure data quality and consistency across various sources and reporting tools.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and present findings to management.
requirements-expected :
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
Experience with data visualization and building interactive dashboards.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
