responsibilities :
Managing program strategy and coordinating multiple projects to deliver on key objectives
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technology needs
Driving proactive delivery, balancing scope, resources, dependencies, and timelines
Monitoring program progress, identifying risks, and reporting to stakeholders and steering committees
Leading governance meetings, ensuring adherence to project controls and policies
Directing IT project managers, business analysts, and architects to ensure cohesive project execution
Building stakeholder engagement around plans, timelines, and necessary changes
Presenting program status and making recommendations to influence executive decisions
Ensuring alignment of solutions with the organization’s strategic visions and roadmaps
Managing budgets and resources to deliver value across multiple streams
requirements-expected :
Proven experience working with senior management and global stakeholders
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
Strong data analysis abilities, transforming insights into actionable strategies
Expertise in risk management and building robust mitigation plans
A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in financial services
Strong presentation skills, with experience using PowerPoint and dashboards for executive reports
A customer-centric mindset with a keen understanding of technology’s role in business growth
Experience in tracking and monitoring project roadmaps and milestones
A degree in Technology or Business-related fields
Fluent English
