Technology Partnership Manager Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Strategic Partnership Identification & Negotiation (50%): Market Mapping: Identify and prioritize the most strategically important Polish and international ISVs/software providers in the HoReCa, Retail, and other target sectors whose customer base aligns with our growth strategy. Pipeline Generation: Proactively reach out to target ISVs, presenting compelling value propositions for integrating our POS acquiring services. Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, terms, and conditions with partners based on predefined internal parameters. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, high-level relationships with ISV executives, product managers, and decision-makers. Project & Implementation Management (40%): Implementation Oversight: Serve as the internal Project Manager for each partnership, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, IT/Development, Sales, Legal) to ensure smooth integration of our payment solutions. Technical Alignment: Work closely with our Product and IT teams to define and manage the technical integration process (APIs, SDKs, certification). Launch Strategy: Develop and execute a joint go-to-market (GTM) strategy with the partner, including sales enablement, marketing materials, and internal training. Performance & Optimization (10%): Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of activated partnerships, ensuring they meet predefined commercial and strategic objectives (e.g., transaction volume, new merchant acquisition). Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to deepen and expand existing partnerships, driving incremental revenue and product collaboration. Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating and launching significant commercial partnerships or reseller agreements. Strong understanding of the Polish ISV landscape for POS/sales management software (HoReCa, Retail) is a significant advantage. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initial concept to live production. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both Polish and English. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires cross-functional collaboration. Optional Technical fluency to discuss API integrations, SDKs, and basic architecture concepts with development teams. Familiarity with the Polish payment processing regulations.
