Responsibilities
- Supervision of timely execution of technology documentation, programs for OSN and ongoing line support.
- Ensure safe technology processes complying with BHP and ergonomics.
- Identify and conduct projects improving production flow, reducing costs, and ensuring competitiveness.
- Ensure consistency with PWR standards and client requirements.
- Oversee investment process (Capex) in the Tooling Department.
- Implement new digital tools aligned with PWR strategy.
- Develop technical competencies of staff; ensure knowledge continuity.
- Increase team efficiency.
- Allocate and settle tasks promptly and quality.
Requirements
- Higher technical education, preferably in aircraft engine design, technology and machinery building, mechanical engineering.
- Multi‑year experience in a production or tooling company.
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within design, technology, production or tooling.
- Knowledge of production processes including machining, heat treatment, assembly, special tooling.
- Understanding of production engineering, ability to optimize processes, monitor performance and deploy new solutions.
- Excellent technical drawing skills, particularly in special tooling, ability to interpret execution drawings and assembly diagrams.
- Understanding of machine and equipment operation on production lines.
- English at B2 communicative level.
- Capability to build effective teams, motivate staff, and promote continuous technology use.
- Ability to organise personal and team work, set priorities and delegate effectively.
- Decisiveness, problem solving and responsive to challenges.
- Communication and collaboration with other units.
- Self‑discipline and goal orientation.
- Flexibility and resilience under stress and changing conditions.
