We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user‑friendly documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to produce high‑quality technical content, including user manuals, online help guides, API documentation, and training material.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, FAQs, and API documentation.
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to gather and understand technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand documentation for various audiences.
• Edit, standardize, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Organize and structure documentation for maximum usability and accessibility.
• Utilize various tools and platforms to create and manage documentation (Content Management Software like Madcap Flare or other equivalent Software).
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve documentation quality continuously.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure documentation is updated in line with product releases.
• Maintain a documentation repository and ensure version control.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Ability to edit and proofread the work of colleagues.

• Basic understanding of programming languages or software development processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI and other tools to assist with content generation.
• Self‑starter mentality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills is a plus.
• Collaboration with multiple teams across different time zones.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field required.
• Three years of related experience required.
• Desired applicants will be located in Poland.
