Responsibilities
- Drive global security awareness and education initiatives to reduce human risk and strengthen security culture.
- Design, implement, and maintain engaging security awareness campaigns and training programs across multiple channels (video, social media, webinars, in-person sessions).
- Innovate new learning solutions to influence secure behaviors and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Manage operations, monitor key metrics, and ensure continuous improvement of awareness services.
- Lead temporary campaigns, guide task completion, and share knowledge without direct line responsibility.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in security awareness, learning & development, e‑learning, or communication.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in leading global projects or services.
- Enhanced knowledge of instructional design.
- Written and spoken fluency in English.
- Fluent Polish required.
- Residing in Poland required.
