We’re looking for skilled Technical Writers to join our client’s development teams. Specializing in enterprise software for people‑centric organizations - such as those in education, public services, and non‑profits - these teams build solutions that support critical business functions like finance, HR, and planning.

Technical Writers will play a key role in making these complex systems more accessible through clear, user‑focused documentation. Collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and designers, they’ll help ensure the solutions are not only powerful, but also easy to understand and use.

Main responsibilities:

• Work as a customer advocate.
• Design, create and edit content according to the companys standards and processes.
• Review peer‑to‑peer materials created by other Technical Writers.
• Take part in UI strings development.
• Identify the opportunities for content and process improvements.
