We are seeking a Tech Writer to cooperate with our client - one of the biggest telco companies in the world. Our client delivers cutting-edge software-defined WAN, LAN, and Security managed services, complemented by advanced network analytics, enabling enterprises to simplify, optimize, and gain full control over their global network infrastructures.

Working hours: 9 am-5 pm CEST (the team is based in Poland). 

Requirements description

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  
• Excellent skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Being up to date with modern IT technologies, including cloud solutions. 
  
• Experience working with enterprise / corporate customers.

It would be nice if you have:

• Knowledge of networking, network protocols etc.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
