THE WORK

• Produce clear, accurate, and engaging written and visual documentation to support training and operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather technical insights, validate information, and ensure content accuracy.

• Become a subject‑matter expert in the Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) solution and contribute actively to team discussions and problem‑solving.

• Operate effectively within an Agile framework, contributing to iterative improvements and timely deliverables.

Flexible: The work location may include a mix of remote work, onsite at a client or Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. Some in‑person collaboration is expected.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Advanced proficiency in technical writing, producing structured, accurate, and engaging content for technical and training audiences.
• Proficiency in training visual design – skilled in using design principles to support comprehension and retention.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Slides, Docs, Sheets) or other productivity suites (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and consistency.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and agility to work within dynamic project timelines and priorities.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience with LDAP systems.
• Experience with Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) solutions or similar hybrid/air‑gapped environments.
• Background in technical content creation for cloud platforms or enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with video editing tools and annotation software.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
