THE WORK

• Produce clear, accurate, and engaging written and visual documentation to support training and operational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical insights, validate information, and ensure content accuracy.
• Apply visual design principles to improve the appeal, clarity, and effectiveness of technical materials.
• Become a subject matter expert in the Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) solution and contribute actively to team discussions and problem-solving.
• Continuously collect and apply feedback to refine and enhance documentation quality.
• Operate effectively within an Agile framework, contributing to iterative improvements and timely deliverables.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office – depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Advanced proficiency in technical writing, ability to produce structured, accurate, and engaging content for technical and training audiences.
• Proficiency in training visual design – skilled in using design principles to support comprehension and retention.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace tools, especially Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets will be an asset. Otherwise you must know other workspace tools like PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform will be an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and consistency.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Adaptability and agility to work within dynamic project timelines and priorities.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) solutions or similar hybrid/air‑gapped environments.
• Background in technical content creation for cloud platforms or enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with video editing tools and annotation software.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
