Currently, we are looking for:

Senior Technical Writer

We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Communicator to join our technical documentation team (MEMO) in Wrocław (Poland). You will be part of a diverse and international team with a true passion for technical writing and information technology.

As a technical communicator (technical writer), you will create and update the manuals for DeLaval products in close cooperation with the development project teams, product owners, and engineers. You will be the link between the engineers and the farmers and service technicians, making sure the equipment can be installed, operated, and serviced.

We believe you are an outgoing natural team player with advanced communication skills. You are an enthusiastic multi-tasker, taking responsibility for driving the work forward and completing the tasks within agreed deadlines. With a solution-oriented approach, you identify and drive improvements within writing standards and processes.

Required skills and experience:

• Education in the field of mechanical engineering or English philology (Bachelor/Master level).
• Minimum two years of experience in technical writing or similar.
• Excellent English skills (both verbal and written).
• Talent to collect, extract and present written information for a wide range of customers.
• Experience in XML-based content management systems (DITA content creation).
